E. M. Computers, LLC Parts Warranty
All retail parts are warranted for 1 year by the manufacturer.
If within the first 30 days of receiving your parts and the
parts are defective, E. M. Computers, LLC will replace the
defective parts. If your retail part should fail after 30
days, your manufacturers warranty is in effect and the product
needs to be shipped to the manufacturer. If the parts are
defective due to negligence, your warranty will not be honored
and there will be a charge to replace the defective part.
OEM
(original equipment manufacturer) parts, except for processors,
have a one year E. M. Computers, LLC warranty. If your oem
part is defective within one year from the date of the original
invoice, you will receive a replacement part from E. M. Computers,
LLC. If a replacement oem part is no longer available or is
discontinued, E. M. Computers, LLC reserves the right to substitute
the oem product for an equivalent part or offer an upgrade
option. OEM processors carry a 30-day E. M. Computers, LLC
warranty only. E. M. Computers, LLC is in no way responsible
for the incompatibility, assembly of and / or integration
of kits, barebone systems and / or parts purchased from E.
M. Computers, LLC with other components not purchased from
E. M. Computers, LLC. If parts returned as defective to E.
M. Computers, LLC for replacement or refund are tested by
E. M. Computers, LLC technicians and found to be in correct
working order, customers are subject to a $35.00 diagnostic
fee, in addition to any shipping and handling charges incurred
by E. M. Computers, LLC, at E. M. Computers, LLC discretion.
Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to such
parts claimed to be defective and returned for refund.
All
defective parts must be shipped to E. M. Computers, LLC via
UPS, Fedex or Airborne Express. The customer is responsible
for the packaging and shipping of the defective part back
to E. M. Computers, LLC. Insurance is recommended on the return
shipment.
Any
open software is non refundable.

M. Computers, LLC Return Policy
To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need
to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All
returns must be in "as shipped" condition and require
an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted.To
obtain your RMA# call E. M. Computers, LLC at 817-346-2772
and ask for an RMA#. Due to the nature of clearance parts
(as identified by E. M. Computers, LLC), returns for credit
or replacement will be limited to defective product upon customer
receipt. Returns must be received by E. M. Computers, LLC
within 14 days of the original invoice date. Refunds and replacements
will not be authorized after 14 days. Due to limited stock,
replacements for clearance products may not be available and
cannot be guaranteed. E. M. Computers, LLC is not liable for
shipments made to us. The RMA# number that was issued to you
should be clearly written on the top of the box.All shipments
